FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing 1 and a cut of rope 2, one end 3 of which is passive, and the second is a free end 4 provided with a point or equipped with a cap to facilitate its passing through the inlet 6 and outlet 7 openings of the housing and a passageway 8 located between them, it is fixed in it with formation of a loop at locking by means of a locking mechanism 9 disposed in the housing. According to the invention the free end 4 of the cut of the rope is provided with a tip rigidly connected to it, which is designed in the form of a rod with a head and a foot bearing with the outer surface corresponding to the front edge surface of the free end of the cut of the rope, besides the diameter of the tip head is made smaller than the diameter of the cut of the rope. The tip can be used as a means indicating the unauthorised opening of the device. For this purpose it is inserted into a self-contained module 14, having a locking device 12 with spring lugs 12.1. Now, the intruder has to release the tip at first for the unauthorised opening of the device, i.e. to remove it from the locking device 12. In this case two options are possible: either the tip is destroyed, or its detachment occurs in case when the force exceeds 1000 N. Both don't go unnoticed.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the tips and readiness to use them as a means for controlling the unauthorised opening of the device.
