SUBSTANCE: device comprises discharging and receiving hoppers joined to each other by means of diamagnetic pipe, magnetic conductor with magnetising coil and ferromagnetic element arranged in the form of two identical bushes coupled to each other. Bushes face each other with cone parts of smaller diametre. An activator is installed inside the pipe. Activator is arranged in the form of diamagnetic rod with plates arranged on it along helical line and at the angle of natural slope. Cylindrical rods are arranged on plates perpendicularly to them in staggered order. Distance between rods equals maximum size of seeds along length. Plates have friction surface.

EFFECT: using invention makes it possible to increase quality of seeds treatment.
