FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises body with intake chamber and underpressure chamber, between which there is a sowing disk installed with suction holes and a plate deflector to remove "excess" seeds. Deflector adjoins end plane of sowing disc. A central rubber agitator is installed on horizontal shaft of sowing disc. A dropper guide of seeds is installed in lower part of body, comprising a frame arranged in the form of a hollow cylinder with hingedly fixed dropper and possibility to change angle of incline to horizon. Body of dropper is installed so that dropper is located in zone of seeds dropping, adjoins end surface of sowing disk. The seeds guide is fixed to lower part of dropper. The first and second sensors are installed at the distance from each other in lower part of guide. At the same time the guide is arranged in the form of chute bent along arc in direction opposite to direction of sowing device motion. Outlets of the first and second sensors are joined to appropriate inlets of control unit, comprising serially joined first element AND, pulse counter, a calculator and indicator. At the same time the first inlet of the first element AND is connected to the first outlet of the first trigger, the first and second inlets of which are accordingly the first and second inlets of control unit. The second outlet of the first trigger is joined via delay element with inlet of zero setting of pulse counter. At the same time outlet of pulse generator is connected to the second inlet of the first element AND, via divider and the first inlet of the second element AND - with inlet of "right" shift of shift register. The second inlet of the second element AND is connected to the outlet of the second trigger, inlet of which is joined to the first inlet of control unit. Inlet of "left" shift of shift register is connected to the first inlet of control unit, and the fifth outlet of shift register is connected to inlet of alarm unit.

EFFECT: invention provides for control of seeds sowing quality and detection of seeds speed during sowing.
