SUBSTANCE: object of the present invention is a vacuum cleaner (1), comprising the body, inside of which there are the following components installed - an electric motor (20), joined with a fan, making it possible to create a suction air flow during operation, starting from a tube at the motor inlet (20) and ending with the suction nozzle, to the air outlet (340) in the body, arranged behind the motor (20): a filtering device installed on the air path, preferably at the inlet of the motor (20), and also a noise reduction device (300, 500) installed at the outlet of the motor (20), differing by the fact that the specified noise reduction device (300, 500) comprises a cavity limited with a part (310, 330) of the body and comprising an outlet channel (350) of the vacuum cleaner in the central part, and the channel is substantially vertical and protrudes with one of its ends outside the vacuum cleaner, besides, its other end is inside the cavity, at the same time the specified channel (350) does not contain any filtering or air deflection device.

EFFECT: reduced noise during operation.
