SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, balneology. Method includes sparing or sparing-training mode of motor activity, nutrition in accordance with diet No 5, intake of low-mineralised, low-carbonate sulfate-hydrocarbonate sodium-calcium mineral water and making mineral baths. In making mineral baths low-carbonate sulfate-hydrocarbonate sodium-calcium mineral water is used at temperature 36-37°C. Baths are made for 12-15 minutes, 8-10 procedures per treatment course. Additionally carried out is segmental-reflex massage of zones with a large number of biologically active points and gradual extension of impact zones. During the first procedure massage of cervical-collar zone is performed. During the second procedure - massage of cervical-collar zone and paravertebral zones of spine. During the third procedure and all following procedures massage of said zones, as well as massage of palms and region of radiocarpal joint and feet is carried out. Massage procedures are carried out daily. A course consists of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method increases treatment efficiency due to improvement of adaptation, energy exchange and immune system.
