CORRECTION OF IMPAIRMENT IN ENERGETIC METABOLISM IN PATIENTS WITH DISEASES OF GASTRODUODENAL SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of patients with diseases of gastroduodenal system. Method involves study of levels of indices of energetic metabolism: sum of nucleotides, ATP, energetic charge and state of adaptation processes by data of variation pulse measurement. Then method involves prescribing to patient the hospital ward regime for 5 days followed by transfer to sparing regime and intake of weak-carbonate hydrocarbonate-sulfate calcium-sodium or hydrocarbonate-chloride mineral water with small mineralization by oral route for 3-4 days and mineral baths. In reducing levels of indicated indices method involves prescribing to patient complex ATP, riboxin and alpha-tocopherol and in the absence reducing these indices mud therapy is carried out. Method allows carrying out adequate selection of agents for complex effect on body and providing correction of indicated indices of energetic metabolism in the general complex of adaptation responses of patient.
