FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water transport module control appliances and may be used in robotics. Proposed device comprises casing 1 closed by metal screen 14 with keel 16 arranged at bottom, observation section 4 with guard 5 whereto flashlight 3 is secured, mast 2 and engine compartment. Hull shaft supports hollow water propulsion wheels 7 and 9 revolving in horizontal plane driven by drive closed by cover 11. Said drive couples shafts of two DC motors 12, 13 with hollow water wheel hubs by four bevel gears fitted on said shafts and hubs. To vary angle oar vanes 6, 8, each of two closed circular toothed kinematic circuits is arranged inside said hollow water wheels and consists of eight bevel gears. Four of said gears are fitted on oars and articulated with gear wheels fitted on shafts of two step motors arranged inside water wheels. Operator control board outputs are connected to computer inputs, computer outputs being connected to DC drove motor controller inputs and step motor controller inputs. Step motor controller outputs are connected to inputs of two DC motors and two step motors.
