FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of base with guide, of two sample grippers travelling in guide, and of mechanism of cyclic loading including frame with slit, spring, one end of which is tied with frame, while another is secured on one of grippers, and rotation drive kinematically tied with frame. The installation has two coaxial opposite cut screw couples positioned on different sides of the frame; the screw of one of the couples is connected with the drive of rotation; nuts are fixed against axial transfer and have locks of rotation. Ends of the screws are pivotally joined by means of a three-link element, central link of which is located in the slit of the frame.
EFFECT: test operations at gradual changes of amplitude of load during test run to zero.
