FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier with increased amplification factor includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; the first (4) buffer amplifier (BA) the input of which is connected to the second (3) current output of DC (1) and to the output of current mirror (5), the first load circuit (6) connected to output of the first BA (4), the first auxiliary voltage follower (7) the input of which is connected to the second (3) current output of DC (1), and output is connected to emitter input of current mirror (5); at that, the first (2) current output of DC (1) is connected to input of current mirror (5). To the diagram there introduced is the second BA (9) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of DC (1), and output is connected to the second load circuit (10).

EFFECT: increase of amplification factor as to voltage by 8-10 times when relatively low-resistance bipole is used as load circuit.
