FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier (DA) includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs connected to bus (4) of power supply through the first (5) and the second (6) relatively low-resistance load bipoles, input transistor (7) of buffer amplifier the emitter of which is connected to output (8) of DA and current-stabilising bipole (9); at that, voltage increment on the second (3) current output of DC (1) is transmitted to output (8) of DA. To the diagram there introduced is additional current mirror (10) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of DC (1), output is connected to the second (3) current output of DC (1), and common emitter output of additional current mirror (10) is connected to emitter of input transistor (7) of buffer amplifier.

EFFECT: increase of amplification factor as to voltage by 8-20 times when designing load bipoles in the form of relatively low-ohmic resistors.
