FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and deals with treatment of fractures of long tubular bones in case of iodine-deficiency diseases. For this purpose from the first day of treatment introduced are: 1% solution of sodium salt ATP, iodomarin 200 in dose 1 tablet 1 time per day, preparation "Sea calcium" with vitamin D3 in dose 2 tablets 3 times per day, and on the 14-th day after matching and fixation of fragments introduced is medication chondrolon in dose 1.0 ml intramuscularly 1 time per day during 3-4 weeks.
EFFECT: complex of medications ensures increase of treatment efficiency due to enhancement of exchange processes and osteogenesis in said group of patients.
