FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in treatment of intact fractures of limb bones. Method includes puncture of the iliac wing and aspiration of 3–5 ml of bone marrow. Then 8 million IU/0.5 ml of interferon beta-1b is injected into the syringe with the harvested bone marrow. Obtained preparation is injected once into the inter-cleavage space of the unbreakable fracture.
EFFECT: method provides a low-traumatic, sparing effect on damaged tissues with the achievement in a short time of restoration of tissue integrity, ability to function and limb function, as well as prevention of possible complications of an infectious-inflammatory nature.
