FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, transport, petrochemical and other industries. Membrane module comprises housing 4, filtration elements arranged therein and mounted on tube plate 15 with the help of unions 18, hydraulic accumulator 3, feed branch pipe 11, lateral 1 and bottom 10 discharge branch pipes, perforated distributing grid 15 communicated with said branch pipes (1, 10, 11), and valves (5, 6, 7). Filtration elements consist of cylindrical porous substrate 12 and nanostructured membrane 8 constricted by bottom 9 and top 2 adapters from below and above. Unions 18 and distributing grid 14 form annular channels. Flat slit-like channel between tube plate 15 and distributing grid 14 accommodated distributor 13. Top part of distributor 13 is fitted into feed branch pipe 11 to form therewith an annular channel, while its bottom part is arranged to touch solid surface of distributing grid 14. Distributor 13 is mounted with slit clearance relative to bottom surface of tube plate 15.
EFFECT: longer life, higher efficiency of fluid cleaning.
