FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a surge compartment A with a waste water inlet 1, activation compartments B, C, a secondary settling tank D, connected by bottom holes, airlifts 4 and a sludge mineralisation compartment E, aerators 12 and a purified water outlet pipe 8. The surge compartment A is fitted with a device for holding sand in form of a solid insert which forms with neighbouring partitions a settling tank - prism with a horizontal spillover for trapping large flexible objects. The secondary settling tank D has an inclined partition 18 for removing air bubbles and fat, as well as an opening 37 for flow of a fat film into the activation compartment. The inclined partition 18 forms a bottom hole for flow of wastes after removal of bubbles and fat into the second part of the secondary settling tank for settling and draining water through outlet opening 8. The sludge mineralisation compartment E has a suspended waste bin 6 in form of a removable mesh basket and an overflow opening 7 in the surge compartment A. Aerators 12 are in form of linear structures where air flows and are attached to the walls of compartments B, C and E.
EFFECT: apparatus is simple, compact, resistance to accidents, environmentally safe, reliable, durable and is characterised by high efficiency and quality of treatment.
