FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to make a door leaf, including assembly of bracing layers from stands and crossbeams joined with an overlap, between which a panel is placed, and the bracing layers and the panel are fixed in the folded position. The bracing is assembled of two layers, every of which is assembled by matching edges of stands and crossbeams with an overlap in recesses previously arranged at the edges, so that each edge of the stand is placed into a recess of an appropriate crosspiece, and the edge of the latter is placed into a recess of the stand with simultaneous formation of a continuous quadrangular groove along the inner perimetre from previously arranged longitudinal slots of the stand and the crossbeam, and the panel is placed into a groove of one of the layers, afterwards this layer is matched without a gap along the outer perimetre with parallel installed second layer to form a door leaf, layers of which are fixed with longitudinal fastening elements installed into parallel grooves arranged previously on the stands.
EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of a door.
