FIELD: building industry, particularly equipment for door production. SUBSTANCE: door leaf made of pressed wood fiber or other pulp material comprises hollow stud and door panels. Door leaf is formed of two parts connected along door panel surfaces and along stud outline rabbets. Door leaf parts have stamped depressions for hinges and escutcheon, also as rabbets for glass. All-wood bars or bars made of the other material are arranged inside hollow stud for hinges, door-handles connection and for lock fitting into the door. Bars have cuts for stamped depressions extension. Stamp for door leaf part has punch, die, rotary sides and retracting spring. Punch and die comprise extension and depression for door leaf stud accordingly. Edges from the side of door panel are beveled. Punch extension located on outer edge thereof is formed at right angle by fillet expanded in downward direction and having rounded upper outer corner abutting beveled edge. Die extension arranged on outer edge thereof is formed as quadrant. Horizontal plate is located beneath die extension radius. Rotary sides are put on four extension ends. Rotary sides have quadrangle cross section and include cut mating die extension. Rotary sides have beveled upper inner surfaces and rounded upper outer angle. Rounded ends of retracting springs fixed to lower plates along die outline are supported by rotary sides. EFFECT: extended capabilities, enhanced door quality. 4 cl, 6 dwg
