SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetics. A group of inventions is presented by a deodorant stick or an antiperspirant stick, a method for preparing thereof and a cosmetic non-therapeutic odour reduction process. The deodorant stick or antiperspirant stick is based on a skin oil-in-water dispersion/emulsion, and contains: a) a lipid or wax ingredient of a melting point >50°C; b) a nonionic oil-in-water emulsifier of the HLB value more than 7, c) nonionic water-in-oil emulsifier of the HLB value more than 1.0 and less than/equal to 7.0, chosen from ethylene glycol mono- and diesters and pentaerthritol mono-, di-, tri-, and tetraesters with linear saturated or unsaturated fatty acids with 12-30 carbon atoms, d) oil, liquid at 20°C, aside from aromatisers and essences; e) water-soluble polyhydroxy-C₂-C₉-alcohol with 2-6 hydroxyl groups and/or, water-soluble polyethylene glycol with 3-20 units of ethylene oxide; f) 5 % to less than 50 % of water, g) an active deodorising or antiperspirant substance. The invention provides the deodorant/antiperspirant stick with excellent beauty care properties and leaving no traces on clothes and skin.
