FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes identification of properties of a binding filler and a tempering fluid, their consumption rate for a composite mixture, production of a composite material, its compaction, and determination of the probable range of electromagnet radiation frequency ν variation range depending on strength R, finding dependence of electromagnet radiation frequency ν on R, and definition of the required strength R0, which provides the required frequency of electromagnet radiation ν0, afterwards the composite material with strength R0 is produced.
EFFECT: increased range and higher accuracy of composite material electromagnet radiation parametres control.
