FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, methods of control of water vapor permeability of concrete, mortar application in making of guarding cast-in-place stone constructions, special and finishing coatings, for instance, stucco. SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of properties and consumption of binding agent, water and filler, filler treatment, metering and combined mixing of binding agent, water and filler, preparation of concrete, determination of concrete water vapor permeability and correction of concrete mix composition. In determination of filler properties, possible range of variation of filler exchange capacity A by its treatment is additionally determine. During treatment, dependence of concrete water vapor permeability on filler exchange capacity is determined, and it is used for calculation of exchange activity ensuring the required water vapor permeability of concrete, and filler is treated to obtain the required exchange capacity.
