FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: during breakage of mined rock the ore and rock is separated owing to their being thrown back by explosion in mutually perpendicular directions, and for that purpose the vein is left in roof or soil of mining face. Cut hollow rock is thrown back by series explosion of number of wells from bare cavity inside the rock mass in the direction opposite to the direction of advancing of mining face, and left in the worked-out area. Then, vein is broken by means of explosion of all wells and broken vein mass is thrown back by explosion in the direction perpendicular to the direction of rock being thrown back - along the line of normal extraction capacity from roof to soil or from soil to roof, depending on the position of vein in the mining face, and it is taken from mining block. Capacity of cut hollow rocks is determined by the formula.
EFFECT: invention allows improving quantitative and qualitative parametres of development of thin hollow and inclined veins and providing high safety of mining works.
