FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve for commutation of mains consists of case with inlet and outlet channels, of pusher, of gate in form of rod with commutation mechanism and locating fixture out of plastic material. The rod is complex. The locating fixture is installed between parts of the rod. A conic boring is cut on surface of the channel of rod transfer within the limits of its length between the locating fixture and the commutation mechanism. The pusher corresponds to a cartridge with a reinforced bottom and a flange on an open end. The latter faces a drive. The bottom of the cartridge is connected with the rod. The flange is pressed along contour with elements of the case facilitating isolation of free space above the pusher from the pusher transfer channel. Thickness of the wall and depth of the cartridge are chosen from condition of wall deformation; under pressure the wall is pressed to internal surface of the pusher transfer channel. The cartridge is thinned in the flange area.
EFFECT: increased level of reliability of device actuation.
