FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve contains case. A pusher, a gate, an inlet and outlet channels are made in the case. The pusher interacts with a drive. The gate is made in form of a rod with a commutating mechanism and a locating fixture of plastic material. The rod is complex. The locating fixture is installed between parts of the rod. A conic boring is cut on surface of the channel of rod transfer between the locating fixture and the commutating mechanism. An additional outlet channel is made in he case. This channel is equipped with a seat and is communicated with an inlet channel. The commutating mechanism is made in form of two insertions and a plug. The insertions and the plug are set coaxially and are transferred with the rod. Two breakable partitions are made in the channel of commutating mechanism transfer. The partitions isolate the inlet channel on one side from a drive, while on another side they isolate from the inlet and additional outlet channels. The plug is set with a gap relative to the seat. In the area of plug installation and insertion adjacent to it there is made a ledge. In the area of insertion installation from the side of the rod diametre is locally increased and there is made a groove on surface of a middle part of the insertion proper.
EFFECT: reduced dimension and weight of valve and reduced energy consumption of system.
