FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of optical system forming radiation, of elements of geometrical and fibre optic and of light detectors. The optic system of a doubled structure contains light-guide collectors. A deflector is installed between the first lens and a pinhole. The deflector is positioned in plane of radiation reflected from normalised surface. An informative part of radiation is directed to a linear distributed photo-receiver of spectral decomposition through the second lens and the pinhole. The output of the photo-receiver is connected to a data processing unit.

EFFECT: raised reliability and efficiency of control.
