FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric motor includes the first frame provided with a hole to insert the bearing and a pair of holes to insert brush holders; the second frame having the hole to insert bearing and through hole for the shaft; bearings, each of which is inserted in holes for insertion of bearings, which are made in the first and the second frames; shaft with possibility of turn and connected to the first and the second frames through bearings due to the fact that shaft passes via through hole for shaft in the second frame; collector connected to shaft; stator winding rotating the shaft; brush holder connected to stator winding through electric line; and brush inserted in brush holder in position of elastic spring support for bringing it into contact with collector; at that, brush holder has the shape of rectangular parallelepiped and includes the plate interlocking the lower part and arranged at the bottom for interlocking of lower part; opened by being unbent during unbending process, and part fixing the electric line so that electric line can be attached to external wall by being bent during bending process.
EFFECT: reduction of prime cost of drive electric motor owing to excluding the insulator of brush holder, reduction of labour costs for soldering to attach the stator winding by means of improved design of brush holder and hole providing convenient and reliable insertion of brush holder into the first frame.
