FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial rubber articles, namely, to production of compensation hoses (short compensation hoses) including hose inserts for short angular branch pipes. Propose mould tool comprises rigid core, metal flanges and outer shell ring. Note here that core outer surface is provided with curing rubber diaphragm wherein heat carrier is forced in vulcanisation, or the core is furnished with device to feed heat carrier into compensation hose in vulcanisation. Outer shell ring is made from nonstretchable and not shrinkable tape.
EFFECT: high-quality reliable and long-life compensation hoses with small length of not over 1000 mm.
