FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft aerodynamics controllers. Proposed device comprises active medium, pumping system, resonator and fiber waveguide. Proposed device is made up of a system of independent coaxial fiber waveguides-radiators optically related to appropriate system of light reflectors. The latter represent truncated cones and are arranged on ends of fiber waveguides. Note here that cone side surface is directed from fiber waveguide end. End faces of coaxial fiber waveguides are spaced apart to accommodated light reflectors.
EFFECT: reduced aircraft drag.
