SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vulcanised elastomer and a method of producing a vulcanised filled halogenated butyl elastomer. The halogenated butyl elastomer is mixed with silicon dioxide and oligomeric polyol. The polyol is selected from polyoxypropylene derivatives of trimethylol propane or polyoxypropylene derivatives of ethylene diamine, or is a mixture of an oligomeric polyol and an additive. The additive contains a hydroxyl group and a functional group which contains an amine basic group. Further, the obtained mixture undergoes vulcanisation.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a filled halogenated butyl elastomer with higher resistance to stretching, resistance to abrasive wearing and high procuring resistance.
