FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: pump station consists of pump, of rod and tubing string, and of compensator made as branch coaxially installed relative to tubing string and forming chamber with it. The chamber is communicated with internal cavity of pump tubes via orifices in a pump tube. According to the invention the compensator consists of an elastic partition positioned on the pump tube concentrically and dividing the chamber into two parts so, that orifices are in an internal part of the chamber, while a back valve is made beneath an external part of the chamber. This valve has two mutually perpendicular communicated channels, one of which is parallel to axis of the compensator and contains a ball with a seat, while the other channel is perpendicular to it and is closed with a plug. The external part of the chamber with gas ensures stability of damping characteristics of the compensator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of well sucker-rod pump station due to stable damping characteristics of compensator.
