FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: storage device, conditioning system and procedure for control of said system are designed for creating comfort conditions in various rooms. The storage device for super-cooled ice has unit (61) for ice storage and a closed pipeline system running through above said unit (61) for ice storage. Electron expansion valve (62), first electro-magnetic valve (63), second electro-magnetic valve (64) and third electro-magnetic valve (65) are arranged on the said closed pipeline system. Said electron expansion valve (62) is positioned parallel to said electro-magnetic valve (65), while first and second electro-magnet valves (63) and (64) are arranged parallel to each other. The storage device additionally has three external contacts (67), (68) and (69). The storage device is inst5alled between reservoir (5) for liquid under high pressure and devices (7) and (8) parallel installed in the room. Air conditioning system can operate under six modes and can be switched by controlling working position of different valves.
