FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: conditioner (1) for implementation of the refrigeration cycle by comprising at least a compression mechanism (21), an internal heat exchanger (41), an internal ventilator (42), an external electric expansion valve (24), and an external heat exchanger (23). The conditioner (1) comprises a winding (68), an electromagnetic induction thermo-resistor (14) and a control unit (11). The winding (68) generates a magnetic field to heat through the tube induction (F2), made of a magnetic material, in order to heat the refrigerant flowing through the accumulation tube (F). The electromagnetic induction thermo-resistor (14) measures the temperature of the tube (F2) made of a magnetic material which generates heat by induction heating using the winding (68). The control unit (11) exercises control to increase the degree of opening of the electric expansion valve (24) when the rate of increase of the temperature measured by electromagnetic induction thermo-resistor (14) is high.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to exercise the control, which takes into account the amount of heat added to the refrigerant which is absorbed into the compression mechanism during regulation of the degree of the refrigerant superheating, even when the refrigerant is heated on the suction side of the compression mechanism.
