SUBSTANCE: in one version, deletion of the significant frame of a long voice segment is detected. The amplification value of the adaptive code book for the deleted frame is calculated based on the previous frame. If the calculated value is less than (or not greater than) the threshold value, a higher amplification value of the adaptive code book is used for the deleted frame. The larger value may be derived from the calculated value or selected from one or more predefined values.
EFFECT: generation of a decoded audio frame in case of loss of compressed voice data.
