SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious craft with VTOL and low-flying capabilities. Proposed craft combines capabilities of motor boat and VTOL low flight vehicle. It comprises hull with mastless soil facilities, power plant and water propulsor. Proposed craft comprises lift-thrust turbofan engines with variable thrust vector, sustainer and gas generator turbojet engines, system for gas jet control in low-flaying, gas drive pipelines integrated into common gas line, stabilising wings for craft pitch and bank control. Said wings are arranged on posts atop the hull. Mastless sail has traction canvass connected with traction halyard via fastening linkage formed by traction canvass suspension ropes and transverse links, side sail walls connected with said ropes. Said walls are arranged perpendicular to traction canvass, sail comprises also air balloons arranged along traction canvass upper edge. Sail comprises control device made up of interconnected identical balancing units. Each unit comprises grooved wheel made integral with gear wheel, two guide rollers with spring retainers of guide rope, gear wheel spring-loaded controlled retainer and ring-like clips arranged on hull to control angular position of traction canvass by varying asymmetry in fastening system ropes.
EFFECT: VTOL low-flaying amphibious craft.
