SUBSTANCE: transport vehicle comprises flight complex included into movable lifting-bearing plane with the following inbuilt components - gas generators (8), turbo-blowers (9) with varied traction vector, balancing platform (5), which is connected to lifting-bearing plane via axial rotary mechanism, and longitudinal guides with long slots (6), which are installed on bearing platform (7) above body (1) of transport vehicle, with the possibility of balancing platform (5) longitudinal displacement in them and combination of lifting-bearing plane with center of transport vehicle gravity. Transport vehicle also comprises pipelines of gas generator gas drive of turbo-blowers (9), which are combined into single gas-conducting manifold, gas jet steering wheels (10) and system of flight complex control and gas-jet steering wheels (10). Motion in land mode is provided by independent energy-power and control mechanisms of automobile type.
EFFECT: expansion of functional resources of transport vehicle.
