FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: system for creating data processing tasks has an end user programming module which enables the end user to bind one or more actions, specified by the end user, with at least one available computing component. The system also includes a platform of rules which facilitates binding of one or more actions specified by the end user with the available computing component so that a merged end user program is created using the available computing component. Methods of using the system are also given.
EFFECT: providing an end user with access to functions of a computer system and assembling groups of these functions in accordance with needs of individual end users.
