SUBSTANCE: templates which describe defined features of a service of a given type are used, where said features are common for all services of that type. The template may be configured by the user in order to obtain service description for the given service. The service description is sent to the programming level and provides information so that the programming level can create different monitors, rules, classes and tasks required for controlling the given service without additional user settings. The user can also setup the service description required for obtaining additional control.
EFFECT: high rate of configuring control functions for sampling solutions or using a computer system.
