SUBSTANCE: information processing device, having a reception device adapted to receive electronic data; a storage device adapted to store transmission conditions, each of the said conditions containing information representing the transmission recipient; a determination device adapted, if access rights are established for received electronic data, for determining, based on the transmission condition, whether received electronic data are to be transmitted in a state in which established access rights remain for the received electronic data; and a device for controlling transmissions adapted to transmit received electronic data, in a state in which established access rights remain for received electronic data, to the transmission recipient, presented by the transmission condition if said determination device has determined that the received electronic data can be transmitted in a state in which established access rights remain for the received electronic data.
