METHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF POTATOES WITH TRICKLE IRRIGATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A01G1/00 A01B79/02

Abstract RU 2420056 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and land reclamation. The method includes selecting a precursor, peeling the precursor stubble, tillage of a topsoil and a subsurface horizon for the depth of 0.40-0.45 m. Organic fertilisers are applied at the norm of 60-80 t/ha. Ploughing is carried out with soil overturning to close stubble remains and organic fertilisers for the depth of 0.20-0.22 m, disking of the upper layer with heavy disk harrows for the depth of 0.12-0.14 m when moving along back ridges. In the last decade of September the ridges of trapezoidal shape are formed with height of 0.16-0.18 m, early-spring straightening of ridges is carried out with rotor or milling cultivators. Frost-resistant weeds are removed in "white threads" phase, seed tubers are vernalised, pre-sowing treatment of seed tubers is carried out with bio-stimulants and inhibitors of pathogenic agents, tubers are planted into tuber tops, and mineral fertilisers are applied. Flexible watering pipelines are laid with water outlets of the trickle irrigation system, treatment between rows is carried out, as well as vegetation waterings, weeds are destroyed between rows and on ridges, tubers are protected against a wireworm, and the vegetation mass - against a Colorado beetle. To get a guaranteed harvest of 80 t/ha of tubers, the mineral fertilisers N350P70K300 kg are applied in fractions with water from the trickle irrigation system in the main phenological phases in certain ratios.

EFFECT: method ensures high consumer properties of tubers with no toxic substances present.
