SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to system and device of diagnostic visualisation, method of displaying medical images and processor, programmed for method implementation. System and device contain display device, device for series control, which forms on display device screen of interactive user interface, as well as archive, which contains medical images, hierarchically arranged into examination levels, series and images. Device additionally includes means of selection of minimal and maximal image for designation of, respectively, image corresponding to initial border of zone under interest, as well as means for connection for fixation of displayed images in selected series. Method lies in preservation of medical images, hierarchically arranged into examination levels, series and images, displaying on display device of screen of interactive user interface, as well as in selection and viewing in interactive mode of medical images simultaneously from several series. Processor is programmed for carrying out method stages.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible simultaneously to visualise and look through series from selected examinations, as well as to select and manipulate several series simultaneously in coordinated manner.
