SUBSTANCE: invention is related to systems and methods of provision of user access to information. System may include insert for installation of multiple elements of mosaic image, and applications may be minimised and installed in insert after minimisation. At that, when application is represented by element of mosaic image in insert, selected functions of application remain available through element of mosaic image. Besides, system may also contain elements of user interface control that give the chance to user to control location of selected application in insert, at that application may include module of available functions selection so that application could provide at least subset of full set of functions after minimisation. Module of insert may be provided for insertion of mosaic image element into user interface.

EFFECT: provision of automatic dynamic access to communications and awareness in information in interactive peripheral display, so the user does not have to switch between communication channels or types of information.
