FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of chemical and pharmaceutical industry and deals with technology of obtaining extract, containing a complex of biologically active substances, from natural raw materials. Method of obtaining medical extract from natural organic raw materials with natural moisture content which includes dehydration of raw material, extraction by organic solvents or their mixtures, subsequent distillation of solvent in presence of vegetable oil to obtain an extract containing biologically active substances, as raw material used is sapropel with content of organic substance 50-96 wt %, before dehydration sapropel is frozen at temperature below 0°C, extraction is carried out by mixture of ethanol with one-, two- or three-atom (C3-C4)-alcohol with weight ratio of solvents 1:1-20:1, and distillation of solvent is carried out under vacuum. As a monatomic alcohol, propanol-2, butanol-2, butanol-3 and 2-methyl-1-propanol, diatomic alcohol-propane-1,2-diol and propane-1,3-diol, triatomic alcohol-propane-1,2,3-triol are used.
EFFECT: method ensures increased output of extract.
