SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to circular solariums. The device comprises a work member 1 consisting of a vertical tubular electromagnetic emitter. The emitter is enclosed in a case with a channel-shaped reflector 3. From above, the case is coupled with a distant end of a pivot arm 5. The other end of the arm above a centre of a working area directly or through a mediating shaft 8 with a thrust bearing 10 is coupled with a motor 7 shaft 6. The motor 7 shaft 6 is mounted on an angle bracket 17 or a crosspiece. Electric power supply of the movable work member 1 is implemented by a brush assembly 11.

EFFECT: invention provides an external electromagnetic irradiation in each point of time and covers not the whole body of a patient, but only one of its sides thereby reducing load on control biochemical and physiological body mechanisms.
