SUBSTANCE: drain valve (1) comprises a support structure (2), a body (3) of a valve, at least one float (41), a system to control water level in a reservoir (6) and accordingly a level (H1) of float actuation (41) and a gate valve (16). The support structure (2) passes along the axis (A) and contains a reservoir (6). The valve body (3) is arranged with the possibility of sliding along the axis (A) and has a gate (26), which interacts with the tight seat (10). One float (41) is arranged as movable in the reservoir (6) and optionally interacts with the body (3) of the valve. The control system includes a window in the side wall (11) of the reservoir (6). The gate valve (16) closes a window and is movable to control the window opening. The gate valve (16) has two fingers, every of which is engaged with the seat selected from multiple seats formed in the wall (11).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of a drain valve operation and accurate adjustment of the drained water amount in various modes of the valve operation.
