FIELD: sanitation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to sanitary-engineering installations. Control panel unit contains a mounting panel, an overlay panel connected to the mounting panel by means of a detachable connection system, and at least one control button configured to cooperate when used with the flush valve discharge flap actuator of the toilet tank. Button is pivotally connected to the mounting panel by means of a support attached to the mounting panel. Mounting panel comprises at least first and second connection sockets disposed on respective sides of the mounting panel perpendicular to each other and having a shape allowing reception of the support. Button is selectively attached to one or the other connector socket by means of a support for rotating the button relative to the respective rotation axes perpendicular to each other. System for assembling the unit comprises a mounting panel, a plurality of overlapping panels differing from each other, interchangeable on the mounting panel and arranged to be mounted on the mounting panel by means of a detachable connection system. Each panel is designed to interact with one or two buttons, coordinated with the panel and different from the buttons that are configured to interact with other panels. All the buttons are selectively affixed to the mounting panel by means of a rotatable support for connection to each button and for attachment to the mounting panel. Method of assembling the control panel unit comprises the steps, which provide a mounting panel, comprise a plurality of overlaid panels differing from one another, interchangeable on the mounting panel and arranged to be mounted on the mounting panel by means of a detachable connection system, provide for each panel one or two buttons, coordinated with the panel and different from the buttons that are configured to interact with other panels, select the panel and button or buttons coordinated with the panel, mount the button or buttons on the mounting panel with one support or corresponding supports, mount the panel on the mounting panel.

EFFECT: device is provided that is simple and cost-effective for production and assembly, as well as efficient and reliable.
