FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: stove contains a cavity wherein a food product is placed, multiple convection units each convection unit including a heater that heats the food product and a fan delivering air heated by the heater towards the food product and at least one covering element covering at least one of the fans. The fans contain corresponding shafts differing in height relative to the cavity lower surface. The covering element simultaneously covers heaters and fans. The covering element and the cavity form the heating chamber where air is heated by the heater. The covering element includes a division part dividing the heating chamber into multiple heating chambers.
EFFECT: reduction of food cooking time, provision for cooking properly.
