FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: oven includes wall forming cavity for preparation of food product; convective heater located on outer side of wall; convective fan and convective electric motor, which are located on outer side of wall; convective cover formed with wall section protruding forwards to form heating chamber in which air is heated with convective heater; and pedestal covering the heating chamber; at that, central portion of pedestal is sunk into backward direction. Second version of furnace design is described.
EFFECT: eliminating unpleasant smells leaving the food preparation cavity and simplifying the cleaning of this cavity.
