FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: air conditioning plant includes vapour compression cooling machine with condenser cooled with mixture of ambient and exhaust air, which is injected with a fan, evaporator and supercooler, plenum air line containing fresh air fan and passing through evaporator, exhaust air line containing fan and passing through supercooler, mixing assembly of exhaust and ambient air and condenser. The first moisture separator is installed on plenum air line after evaporator. Plenum air line and exhaust air line are equipped with filters. Plant is equipped with recirculation line connecting exhaust air line after exhaust fan and plenum air line before inlet air cleaning filter. In other version of invention the plant is equipped with evaporative heat exchanger the first cavity of which is arranged in plenum air line before evaporator, and the second cavity is arranged in exhaust air line, the first moisture separator arranged on plenum air line after evaporator, humidifier and moisture separator, which are arranged on exhaust air line respectively before and after the second cavity of evaporative heat exchanger.

EFFECT: reducing energy costs for air conditioning in conditioned volumes at parallel improvement of environmental safety.
