SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a toner cartridge, a developing device and an image forming apparatus, where a memory device is provided in the cartridge such that it can be accessed through the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus includes a developing device which is detachably attached to the housing of the image forming apparatus, and a toner cartridge detachably fitted in a developer cartridge, which comprises a memory device accessible from the surface of the toner cartridge open to the outside of the developer cartridge when the toner cartridge is fitted in the developer cartridge.
