FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: device for noise control in communication system comprises facility for assessment of noise detected by sector, as a result of transmissions from terminals in neighbouring sectors, and for provision of noise assessment, facility for generation of report on noise on the basis of noise assessment. At the same time report on noise indicates one of multiple possible levels of noise detected by sector and facility for distribution of report on noise to terminals in neighbouring sectors. Terminals in neighbouring sectors may control their transmitted powers on the basis of noise report. Device for control of noise additionally includes facility for control of terminals input, and also facility for blocking of access or cancellation of terminals assignment and facility of terminals dispatching.
EFFECT: reduction of noise for neighbouring sectors.
