SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to manual driving tools and may be used to cut vegetation. A tool comprises an inner body, placed into an outer body. The inner body supports a working element, for instance, a pair of knife blades. Inside the inner body there is a primary engine for the drive to move the working element. The outer body comprises at least one handle designed for gripping by a user. Between the inner and outer bodies there is at least one vibration isolator to eliminate their direct touch.
EFFECT: inventions ensure reduced vibration and reduced noise in operation.
