FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method includes covering strips of irrigated area surface with strips of synthetic film and supply of irrigation water under the film. Prior to covering of irrigated area surface strips, one of side parts of synthetic film strips arranged along their longitudinal axes is perforated. Then strips along the longitudinal axis are folded twice, and strips of irrigated area surface are covered with them. Perforated parts of synthetic film are placed over surface of irrigated area. Irrigating water is sent into a cavity between perforated and non-perforated parts of synthetic film strips.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate washing of irrigated area when watering steep slopes.
